ACCOUNT
On ARTE you can make a purchase as a GUEST or as a REGISTERED user. Signing up is very simple. You will only be asked for information useful for the purchase process. You will always have information about your order available by entering the Account section, if you are a registered customer, or using the link that was sent to you in the e-mail of confirm if you are a guest customer.

MODIFY AN ORDER
After completing the purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details related to your purchase. We remind you that you cannot cancel or modify the order if it is already in an advanced state of preparation. In case of requests or errors in the order contact us on [email protected].

YOUR CART
From the cart you can always view the content of your orders and change their quantities or delete the products from your order.

B2C / B2B
On our site you will have the opportunity to manage your orders both as a classic user and as a B2B user by accessing several commercial and communicative advantages. If you are a trader, a restaurateur, a gastronomist, an operator in the sector, you can fill the form here and request your registration as a B2B user. Your request will be processed in our office and as soon as it verifies the consistency of data, you will be promptly contacted and you can start taking advantage of the Pro User benefits.

PAYMENT METHODS
On ARTE you can conclude your purchase by using one of the following payment methods:

Credit Cards
Through the Stripe or Paypal circuits you can use your card to make a quick and safe payment.
Transfer
To make your payment by bank transfer. In this case, your order will be shipped upon receipt of the credit.
Cash on delivery
You can also choose to purchase with payment on delivery. In this case, you will have to pay the entire amount of the order directly to the courier.
Invoice
Whether you are a classic user or an operator in the sector, we always issue a receipt by invoice.
For this reason, we ask you to kindly insert your Tax Code within the data form.

SHIPPING METHODS
We care about reliability that’s why we have chosen couriers that can guarantee times and deliveries in the shortest possible time. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of the order.

Possible delivery options

Home delivery:
Standard delivery in Italy – 4.90 EUR / (FREE for orders over 30 €)
Standard delivery in Europe – Variable cost in relation to the country of destination (you will find the cost of your shipment at the time of order summary)
The estimated delivery period will vary between 2-4 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Headquarter:
At our pasta factory in C.S.I. Area artigianale Corpo C snc 71024 – Candela (FG) – Italia , 1 working day after delivery of the order. Remember that to collect the order you need to show an identification document.
If the person who goes to collect the order is different from the one who purchased it, he must show a written authorization and a photocopy of the identity card of the person who made the purchase.

Keep in mind that deliveries are made only on working days.

ORDER STATUS
You will receive updates on the status of your order by email. You can also access this information through the “my account” section. If you are not registered, click on the “order information” link in the confirmation email to monitor the progress of the order.

TRACKING NUMBER
Upon confirmation of the shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order. Follow the instructions in the e-mail and follow your shipment day by day.
